I started this map as the Townsville City Councils map has toilets and water fountains listed that don’t actually exist. All of these drink fountains and public toilets have been confirmed. Obviously there are a lot missing at the moment, but it will slowly be built up as I find more. If you have confirmed the location of some fountains, let me know in the comments.

When dealing with sensors and opengl on an android device, there are many different methods to translate the rotation changes into opengl. This is quite a common question, and for those new to opengl may not fully understand how easy it really is to do this.
This tutorial series covers the basics of creating an augmented reality application using a devices built in sensors (accelerometer, magnetometer and GPS) from scratch for android devices. This first part is going to focus specifically on determining the orientation of the device and utilising this in opengl. The tutorial will assume that you have a bit of experience with android development and at least have your device setup for development.
